    The thought started in 2019.

    After some years working as bakers in different bakeries we realized that at some point in our life we would like to manage our own.
    Thanks to my father, that thought became reality in the year 2024. We could remodel a piece of the old barn on his farm and start our bakery.

    For a baker there is lots of night work, that is when the bread usually is being baked. We wanted to change that and we ended in the idea that having fresh bread in the afternoons is as amazing, especially for the afterwork shopping. That way we only work daytime!

    Gotland have a lot of interesting products produced on the island, we strive towards using them to create something wonderful. We use methods of slow fermentation and mostly work with sourdough, which make healthy and tasty bread.

    We offer these products all year around, fresh in the afternoon!
